I rolled and tied that pig head and I just can't get over my
artwork. I've transformed it into a caterpillar pig Yoda-like
creature.

And now he's rolled up in his cocoon for 2-3 days while he cures,
then he goes in a hot bath for 12-16 hours.

And I seasoned the skull with a Mexican rub and roasted. There were
a couple good pockets of meat in his temple, but it wasn't worth
running the oven for 3.5 hours.
