If the €œmorons€� at Virginia Beach and other places dont spike the
infection/mortality count in the next couple of weeks, the PRAA may be
obliged to rescind their cancellation or face more aggressive €œmorons€�
at City Hall in Ann Arbor. Time will tell sooner rather than later.
