Serious Eats has a timely article on oat milk:

Our bodies don't require much protein unless a bodybuilder
trying to bulk up muscles.

I'm starting to picture Cindy as a woman body builder with creepy
giant muscles that enters body competitions. That *would* match
her personality here. lol

"That was a nice lunch, but it didn't meet my protein requirement. I'd
better have a glass of milk."

This kind of thinking is new to me. Yes, maybe because I'm not a
bodybuilder.

"That was a nice lunch of roasted vegetables, but if I don't have some
protein I'll be starving at 3 pm and eat everything in the house. If
I have a little protein it'll last me until dinner."

I've never noticed that with protein. With carbs, yes.

If I have something that's all carbs (especially sugar, like birthday
cake at the office), I'm hungry again in about 45 minutes.

Everybody's different. What works best for me is to have three square
meals a day, each of which has some protein, carbohydrate, fiber, and
fat.

Gruce gets all the protein he needs from molecules in air which he
sniffs from other people's asses.

He gets an overdose if they happen to fart while he's sniffing
their butt.

I would like to see you do without protein, carbohydrates, and
fats. And, oh yeah, air. You don't need that, it might have
artificial stuff if someone sprayed febreeze perfume.

How much meat do you eat at a meal? My preferred serving of, say,
chicken breast is half a breast, or less than four ounces before cooking.
I don't desire to eat any more than that. If I go wild and have a
half-pound burger at the bar for lunch, then for dinner I have nothing,
a salad, or some green beans because that's all I feel like eating.

Only takes 30 seconds to see all that and not take the "cooking" video
seriously. I stopped watching.

Druce needs to be on a diet that limits protein to One microgram
