All depends on how they're raised.
Smelly house comes from ferrets left out but not litter trained.
Without training, they will go in the nearest corner of any room
A smelly ferret house is just poor sanitation.

As far as temperment, raise them with lots of attention and love
and they are the most loving creatures you'll ever know.
Ignored often and they can be wild and ready to bite.

Don't forget that dogs and cats can also inflict damage if
they feel threatened and a house without one being trained
will also reek of poo and urine.

A woman in a store asked me once, "Oh, but don't they smell?"
Me: Yes, they have noses too.

Then there's Lady Astor and Sir Winston:

http://thecasualobserver.co.za/churc...nd-witticisms/

"She was noted for exchanges with Winston Churchill, though, these are not well documented. Churchill is supposed to have told Lady Astor that having a woman in Parliament was like having one intrude on him in the bathroom, to which she retorted, €œYoure not handsome enough to have such fears.€ Lady Astor is also said to have responded to a question from Churchill about what disguise he should wear to a masquerade ball by saying, €œWhy dont you come sober, Prime Minister?€ In another recounted exchange, Lady Astor said to Churchill, €œIf you were my husband, Id poison your tea,€ to which he responded, €œMadam, if you were my wife, Id drink it!€

How about: In 2024, a black/asian, *** female ferret
running for President of the USA? Maybe that
will satisfy the masses?

The ferret would have to be at least 35 years old.

Well Cind-eye, that would be about age 3 in
human vs ferret years.

Sadly though, even then, a one term presidency of 4 more
human years.... the ferret would probably die and never
get a 2nd term. oh well ;D

Once again, you always play the devil's advocate here.

Hopefully the ferret would have chosen a wise vice-ferret to serve out
the term in case it died in the first term.
