That's not fair, there are plenty of excellent tasting freshwater
fish; trout, muskelunge, pickerel, pike, carp, whitefish... haven't
you ever eaten sturgeon? Even salmon are salt and fresh water fish,
are you going to argue with bears?
I won't eat catfish but that's psychological, catfish are shit
eaters.... why do you think catfish and gulls follow oceangoing ships,
waiting for the heads to be flushed...

I've eaten all kinds of freshwater fish, having lived in Michigan
all my life. It all tastes muddy although smelt are less so.

I don't need to argue with bears. The salmon I eat finishes its
life in salt water, so it's essentially an ocean fish.
