Default RFC Cookbook

I found my second copy of the RFC cookbook. I don't recall why I have two

I know someone asked about getting one but I don't recall who but I
think it was more than one person.

Here's the deal. email me at within the next 24 hours.
Just need your name, I'll get the address later if it is yours.

If more than one person responds it will be a random drawing of the
names. No money involved, I'll pay the postage.

It seems like Steve offered a hell of a deal for RFC to me. It's a
nontrivial project. That's all I have to say.

i don't have any recipes in there, but if i ever post one
to RFC that means i consider it in the public domain and
don't care what others do with it.
