Have you seen the program on PBS, around 11:00 p.m. here, called "Professor
T"?

It's a one hour mystery show coming from the Netherlands. I DVR'd it the other
night and watched it Friday and it was rather good. There were two more
episodes airing for the next two weeks and I've got the DVR set for those as
well.

The professor is eccentric, of course; aren't all detectives? And he's got
some neurological problems which adds to the story line.

I haven't! Not sure it's on any of my PBS channels... yet. I'll keep
an eye out. I do like detective shows. Masterpiece Mystery is fun.
Thanks!

Jill

June was one of my local PBS stations' membership drive periods and I was
looking forward to getting back to regular programming. As I was scrolling
through to see what was upcoming for July I happened upon that show. They'd
given no advertisement to it so I clicked it on see what it might be and
thought it sounds interesting. Glad I decided to record it. If it shows up
in your lineup I think you'd find it interesting, too.

We've a PBS substation "MHZ" that shows mainly European (Nordic, German, French, Italian...) detective shows in the evening, etc....some are pretty good. They are subtitled and slow - moving, somewhat "cerebral", so an interesting alternative, during the day they show international news and some cooking stuff:

I *think* 'Crime Scene Cleaner' was on the DirecTV Shorts Channel within the
last week or so. But then again, I could be wrong.

ACK! You are correct. I had looked it up last night and don't know why I
said the Netherlands. I plead a brain fart.

I caught a bit of it last night. You didn't mention the subtitles!

Sorry! Sorry! I guess I was so engrossed in the video I didn't think to
mention them.
