Some of the video theme is a bit disturbing... I heard the music years
before I found this associated video. I didn't imagine that is what the
music meant.

I was more interested in the ways they produced the sounds for this
music. I read the insert that came with the album. It outlined all the
songs. (This was a strictly instrumental album, 33-1/3rd). I read the
sleeve. At some point they used a teaspoon tapping on a fire
extinguisher for percussion. They layed it all out on the sleeve, what
they did in every segment. How cool is that?

Watch Part 2 not only for the music but for an eye-opener of how unrestricted
population growth is screwing up the world.
The scenes of India are mind-boggling.

Oddly enough that tune was written by a Vietnamese guy named Duc Huy. After writing it, he left Hawaii and sort of disappeared. During the time he was gone, the song had become an Hawaiian standard. He checked back in to the publisher to inquire if anybody had done anything with his music. People had played and recorded his little tune and they gave him a check for $50,000.. He now gets royalty checks sent to him in Vietnam. Pretty damn cool.

I have an old Magnavox Georgian that plays 33-1/3 and 78 only. None of
that stinkin' 45 devil music ever emanated from its speakers.
Well...it may not play anything nowadays. I haven't plugged it in for
thirty years and the vacuum tubes are probably dead. The wiring is
frightening too. Nothing is up to code. People think it's an elegant
picture stand. They have no idea that it's an AM-shortwave-phonograph.
Forgive me. The 33-1/3 got me going

Oi, leave him alone Mr Perfect. He is dead. I love his voice and I am
trying to find tapes to buy with his lovely singing.

Wish me luck
