OMG! J. (gardener) has to eat GF. At the time I bought them, he was *not*
eating GF. I have nobody to give them to as nobody I know likes meatballs.
Actually my one friend never tried them. She's 74 and eats IMO a limited
diet. She only tried cottage cheese and refried beans in the past few years.

Bet her farts smell nice. Hope it don't attract Popeye, she's right
in his target age group.
