I paid attention. I don't like pineapple, macadamias, or
chocolate and fruit together, so I really didn't have anything
to say.

Good grief, John, not every post gets replies. Chill. I read it and except for the fact I am severely
allergic to tree nuts, it sounded like part of a regular sundae to me. Pineapple on ice cream is o.k.,
but not my favorite fruit for a sundae. I would prefer strawberries or raspberries.

grilled. I like my ice cream plain. Pure vanilla bean like Hagen Daaz.

I detest macadamias and hate froggy vanilla, tastes heavily of raw
eggs... and over ripe pineapple is a euphemism for rotted/fermented...
once pineapple is picked it does not ripen. I do like a pineapple
topping, chocolate syrup. vanilla ice cream soda, AKA Hoboken.

Alex, do you like Bosco chocolate syrup? My granny kept a jar in her cupboard (not refrigerated),
and it tasted better to me when I was little than anything else. Someone sent me some bottles
of Bosco about a decade ago, but it didn't taste at all the same.

I like home-made hot fudge chocolate sauce the best, actually.
