???? That is the normal price here. During the off season they can
be as much as $1.50+ and during growing season they can be $.60 each
for green. Prices are different for each color of pepper. Greens are
cheapest and red, yellow and orange vary but are far more expensive.

9 months out of the year they're $.42/ea here (they always seem in
lockstep with cucumbers). Off season $.68, peak season sale 3 for
$1.

I ended up just buying a meatier red pepper for $.98.

Buck 49 a lb here on a good day. My friend brought me a bag of stuff from NJ. .39 lb. Im in PA.
