My wife got a couple of cookbooks for her birthday. One was a "I Love My Air Fryer Keto Diet Recipe Book." There's nothing that really strikes me as being interesting enough to mention. The other "book" is a keto diet cookbook. Perversely, it's on come CDs - or perhaps they're DVDs. No matter, I don't have any optical drives to access them. That's the beaks.

Those recipe books are for suckers. They cobble them together in 36
hours without any testing, edit them for 10 minutes by throwing it
through a formatter and spell-chucker, and then send it to press.
or worse, sell it on the internet as an electronic cookbook.
They're all for rubes.

What you have is a limited toaster oven. There are no special
recipes for it. You just heat shit up in it. If its fits in there,
you can cook it in there. Just don't try folding up a pizza in
stuffing it in there.

C'mon - would anybody who any experience cooking really buy a air
fryer cookbook?

What you need is a general purpose cookbook, maybve even one for
kids. But I think it may be too late for even that.

I snipped that before I read the last two words and almost pressed
send, but then I had to go back and look at it. I could have sworn
that said "...spirit of Steve". Which I would have argued that you
were much too kind.

dude unless you actually have the problem and have talked to multiple
doctors which have told you the exact same thing which you have
researched and found to be old data then what you are saying is
completely bunk.

Ya see, I am gluten intolerant. I have researched the problem for
years now and only lately has the proper research been done .

Google a Dr David Perlmutter read about some of the things that he has
found about gluten and what they symptoms and side effects are then go
talk to almost any and every GP and ask them the same questions about
gluten and you will get a totally different albeit incorrect response.
Dr's know about celiac and that is all. they have no idea whatsoever
about what a gluten intolerance is, and the problems that it can cause

Nope never said they were the same I just said that wheat and gluten

which is causing the reaction

It is possible to use regular recipes with an airfryer, you just have
to learn your machine and how it compares to your oven as far as
cooking times.... same goes for fried foods

You're describing the symptoms of celiac disease/gluten intolerance,
which doctors are quite competent at diagnosing these days. It's
actually very easy to diagnose BY A DOCTOR. Those who have tested
negative for this still claim a "Gluten sensitivity" (not
"intolerance"), but there are no degrees of celiac, just as you
can't be "almost pregnant".

I actually thought I may have it back in 1995, long before it became
fashionable. I was scoped and snipped and scoped again and I
didn't. I let it go. What I was rely denying was that it was my
lifestyle at he time that included lots of drinking. Being celiac
would have been a great excuse, though. Everybody I knew would have
known about it within days and I could have been special rather than
just an alcoholic.

What you have instead is Mock Adult Onset Attention Deficit
Disorder. Meaning, you're not getting the attention you require so
you act out to bring attention to yourself. Even the doctors aren't
giving you the attention you think you warrant because they know
you're full of shit, too. So you resort to diagnosing yourself over
the Internet by quacks who virtually agree with you and find
like-minded people who, like you, also became gluten sensitive (not
gluten intolerant, mind you) practically overnight. Just like when
every little brat kid all the sudden had ADD back in the 90's.

Have you met Julie Bove, yet? We already have a huge bag of
bottomless mixed nuts to snack on and most of us are pretty tired of
them by now.

See? This is why you're downright dumb, gullible, and incredible.
Calling yourself ChristKiller and then spouting off about how
anybody who may not believe you is a "religious moron" (even after I
just told you I wasn't). That makes you a ****ing nutcase, and not
ironically, a religious moron too.

Ok first you just admitted that I was describing what you said does
not even been proven

>>>Even if there were such a thing as "gluten intolerant" (which hasn't
>>>been proven), "gluten intolerant" people never claim to not be able

so that is kinda whack... but I can let it slide.

Second they are not at all easy to diagnose, you must go through a
process of being gluten tested which would require you to consume
gluten which I am not willing to do. Second you ask any average doctor
what are the symptoms of gluten intolerance and they will recall a
list of celiac symptoms which are completely different. I told you or
someone that You need to read the books published by a Dr. perlmutter
Most Dr's have no idea at all what the symptoms are of a gluten
intolerance

> Those who have tested
>negative for this still claim a "Gluten sensitivity" (not

As I have not personally seen the tests how they were preformed nor
the results I can not make any claim to what you said, I mean besides
the fact that what you said is akin to me saying I can do magic, real
harry potter type magic. Mainly because you posted no data, no links,
no cites, no names of where and when these tests were preformed and
why whom.

Do you have persistent dandruff that no shampoo seems to help? are you
constipated every single day? does your skin on your face flake and
peel mostly in the mornings? Do you always feel run down and tired
like you just have no energy at all?

What you just said tells me that you don't even know what ADD is and
you are just using the name because it sounds good. What you are
saying to me is completely worthless, sorry.

You don't have to be religious to think that a jesus christ actually
lived on this planet and did harry potter magic...

Wow why do people never actually read what was said. IT IS NOT
POSSIBLE TO MAKE TOFU IN AN AIRFRYER.... You need to boil water for
long periods of time and air fryers do not do that.

Popeye, back when yoose tried to get a date with Jill and yoose stalked
her and told her yoose didn't have an old mexican wife (remember dat
Popeye?).

Since yoose couldn't hump the woman, yoose decided to **** on her till
yoose corpse finally rots in some new yawk crypt.

Popeye, there will be a long, long, long line of folks waiting to
urinate on your grave.

Some will be your own relatives. Some will be relatives and victims of
your sexual assaults.

Yoose a sad sociopath Popeye.
