I have a BUNCH of stuff left that WE are still eating! I made a HUGE batch of Caramel Pecan Things, an extra English Toffee, etc just in case (Orders?) which never happened!

I can AFFORD IT! I'm wealthy, remember? :-)

Wealthy people don't have unpaid income taxes that continue to accrue
interest and penalties!

Think of the petroleum used to ship the cherries and chocolate from
South America to St. Louis. Wasted.

Using fresh cherries is likely the problem - too much water. You can't use maraschino cherries either - too much water.

Um, no. Commercial CCC are made with those ultra-preserved Maraschino Cherries that are not even classified as food to the FDA! The FDA classifies maraschino cherries as DECORATIONS! Do you know how maraschino cherries are made? I do! First, they SUCK OUT all the color and flavor of real cherries, then infuse FAKE color and flavor INTO THEM!

Maraschino Cherries are FAKE CHERRIES!! Practically PLASTIC! :-( Just because they are red, sweet and flavored DOES NOT MEAN they are GOOD!

Mother Gaia makes cherries GOOD!

Fake colour and fake flavour. I'd have thought that's right up your
alley, Gary. Man, you're such a snob!

The ones that I have had are made with glaceed cherries. Those have had their water replaced with a sugar syrup. They aren't made with maraschino cherries either. Maraschino cherries have had some of their water replaced with an light almond flavored syrup.

I thought they lasted forever in the fridge?

All that trouble, all that money, that $300 hot plate, that puts
Kuthe Chocolate about $1,800 in the hole in less than 3 months
(assuming you make minimum wage). Would you consider a buyout?

How that grow tent doing? How are your housemates going to feel
about you growing pot in their home?

I owe NO Income Tax in 2018 because I did NOT HAVE ANY INCOME in 2018!! None! Zero! Nix! Nada!

You're wealthy and you can "almost" pay off your Discover Card balance?

The banking system is making a ton off of you.

BULLSHIT!! Every wealthy NOT FOR PROFIT corporation uses credit/debt responsibly. And I as that NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION (if Corporations are People then conversely People are Corporations too! It's BIJECTIVE, an Identity if you will! says SCOTUS!) am using my credit responsibly!

I always make more than the Min Payment, and that helps lower my interest!

Damn I'm good! :-) No WONDER I'm wealthy!

I pay my credit cards off each month therefore I pay NO, NONE, NADA, ZIP, ZILCH
in interest. So I guess that makes me astoundingly wealthy.

Paying interest is not something wealthy people do. They are paid
interest for loaning money or their deposits.

Yet you're paying interest to the evil banking system. That's irresponsible.

There's a certain Zen element to it. Putting all this effort into
making good chocolates and then dumping them in the bin.
