Default English Moofins

Today's project was English Moofins. Or just "moofins" as they call
them in England.

Now it's time to finish making breakfast.

If you use the KA recipe, smash them 1/2" thick and let them rise
fully after you shape them. Don't just let them sit 20 minutes "to
puff up a bit". Let them at least double, or maybe add some baking
powder to the mix. Nooks and crannies, MY ASS! ;-) (the ultimate
crannie).
