Default First Christmas in our new house

Ophelia, "flatware" can be interpreted as "silverware," or just everyday eating utensils...
table knives and/or steak knives, teaspoons and/or soup spoons, forks, dessert or salad
forks, and so on.

What would you recommend cooking in this gizmo? I don't plan on using
this... this... thing, but what can you suggest that would work super duper
in this monstrosity? I shall tell my daughter to cook it up.

My wife bought a Ronco Showtime rotisserie from her friend. I thought it was
a bad deal but the thing actually works. I cooked a roast yesterday. There's
no temperature control - you just set the time. That's goofy as hell but you
just got to learn how to work the machine. I work well with machines.

We have a rotisserie and D. cooks our chicken in it They come out great.
It's the only thing he cooks so I love it <g>

The air fryer is more for health since you can cook with a minimum of oil.
Things like chips (fries) are ok but nothing like deep fried.

You can cook plenty of things in it and I am sure your daughter will show
you )

Terry has one and I am sure he can share plenty of recipes

Congratulations on the new house! I remember our first Christmas in our
Florida house€”it was quite a change from the snowy Minnesota Christmases I
was used to.

We also had our first Christmas here in our new house. It was pretty low
key, with just the kids and their significant others. We had it mostly
catered (Indian food) this year, but I did make the birthday cake for DH
from scratch. His birthday is on Christmas. The dining table we had made
for the new house arrived just in time, so it was nice to have everyone
around one table instead of sit where theres a seat. We look forward to
many more Christmases and holidays here.
