Default I made a 240F Fondant, and it's a Softie!

I made one earlier and it was to 242F and it was a Stiffie!

I'll make a third and boil it to 241F and split the difference!

Nothing like lack of CONSISTENCY! Thereby EVIDENCE that KutheChocolates.com are INDEED Home Made!
