And it was YUMMY!!! Spicy and GOOD! Lots of Basmati rice, SPICES and well killed chicken! Mmmmm! Now I need a NAP! (And an exotic nap partner!)

You will be getting a lot of "NEW She'(s)!" once existing or potential tenants start googing your nuttiness.

And eventually you'll not be able to attract *any* tenants once "word" about your KREEPY ways gets around...
