I don't know if it's the right one though. That is Barry's site. Who else offers all that bread baking expertise AND had the wherewithal to guide a person through lubricating a KItchenAid mixer? |

I don't know if it's the right one though. My grandson is visiting. He's here on break from Lewis and Clark. I just found out he is teaching himself to make bread. He started his own sourdough starter this last summer. He was working as a research assistant in the wilds of the mid-west country side and had nothing else to do so he read up on bread making and sourdough on the 'Net. I got to talk bread with him and pass on some tips! How great is that? Acorn and tree and all that! ;-) I wanted to pass on Barry's site. Janet US |
