These are a Keebler cookie. Has anyone seen them in the store? I bought some
at the Business Costco but can't find in any other brick and mortar stores.
Costco had none the last time I was there. Can get online but those sources
are drying up. Website indicates that they are still being made/sold.

Get some from Donald Trump...they are his favorite treat. He probably bought up
most of the supply and that is why you can't find any. Ahahahahhhaahhahhha

You might try making yer own. They seem to be common in an English
Triffle or an Italian dessert (tiramisu).

Plus, they are more authentic than Keebler, which seems to include a
frosting-like center. Lotta easy DIY recipes on the internet. ;)

Why don't you click on the "Where To Buy" button on the Keebler website?
Enter the city or zip code and a range of miles in which to search and
it will tell you.

Vienna Finger cookies are okay but nothing I'd go out of my way for...
Nabisco Nutter Butter cookies are far better... and they become the
crust for my Reese's cheese cake.

1 large package Nabisco Nutter Butter Sandwich Cookies
1 large bag Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures

2 1/2 pounds Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 Tbs. flour
1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange zest
5 whole eggs + 2 yolks
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preheat the oven to 400F. Butter the bottom, and sides of a 9"
springform pan. Crumb the cookies, and press into bottom, and 1/3 up
the sides of pan. Place 1 layer of peanut butter cups on bottom of
pan. (remove paper cups)

In the bowl of a mixer, combine the cheese, sugar, flour, lemon ,
orange, and beat well. Add the eggs, and vanilla, and beat well. Add
the heavy cream and beat well.

Increase the oven to 550F. Pour the cheese mixture into the crust.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Reduce the heat to 200F, and bake for 1
hour. Turn off the heat and keep the oven door open wide. Let the
cake cool in the oven for 30 minutes.

Serves 8 to10

Most chain pharmacys will have Vienna Fingers, the Rite Aid here has
several aisles devoted to cookies, candy, and snack items.

All she has to do is click on the "Where to Buy" button on the Keebler
website. We don't all have the same stores. Asking on RFC doesn't help
because I doubt many of us are looking for Keebler Vienna Fingers
cookies. Must be something the gardener likes. ;)

Yes, you are.

I went to the Keebler website and put in the Bothell zip code. No
Vienna Fingers. I even went to the 100 mile and none to be had.

They can be ordered from Jet.com though, perhaps others.

Heck, those are all over the place in the USA. Cheapo vanilla "Creme
sandwich" cookies. We gotta have something to compete against those
damn chocolate Oreo's!

They may not be oblong, but they do have the "sugary frosting-like
center" and look pretty-much like the Keebler offerings (only not
oblong).

https://www.shearers.com/vista/vanil...ndwich-cookies

The one's listed above are NOT "cheapo", but almost every store, here,
carries a house brand or other cheapo brand. I usta buy 'em all the
time from my local sprmkt. Typically about $2.00USDs per 50 count.

That's certainly a guarantee (NOT) her local stores will start carrying
these Keebler cookies! As if it works that easily.

Sorry, if Keebler can't find a source near Julie the people on RFC
certainly can't.

Ass well as Woodinville, Lynwood, Northgate, Redmond, Issquah,
Renton, Marysville....

You can't NOT find them in her area. "Store locators" generally
suck. It says there's none in my area either but saw them last
night.

Of course they are. At any grocery store, dollar store, even gas
stations with mini-stores. But she has to have this particular cookie.

I'm sure there is a specific reason it has to be those particular
Keebler cookies

She won't buy anything you or I or anyone else suggests.

I personally don't eat a lot of cookies. I do have some Danish Wedding
cookies in a Rubbermaid container. Also made by Keebler. Very small
round cookies. I eat a couple of these small cookies a week. Sure, I
could make "Danish Wedding Cookies" from scratch. I could find Youtube
videos of recipes. I don't eat enough cookies to warrant the cost and
bother of baking them.

Thats weird, because if you go to the Target website, and put in Bothell,
WA, it tells you they are available in stock in Woodinville, Lynnwood,
Everett, etc. So, for $2.69 she can buy them online and then pick them up
at the service counter, one package st a time.

Nope. It indicates that no stores sell them around here. Clearly not the
case unless the info. at Target is wrong. These cookies contain wheat. The
gardener doesn't eat wheat. I do. I've been having blood sugar issues but
don't like most sweets. These are tolerable so I need to keep some around.

And yet? One did! The Woodinville Target!

The Woodinville Target, yes. Did not check the others. Walmart only sells
online through third parties.

They do suck.

Yes. I was just at the Woodinville one the other day but didn't think to
look because in the past, their selection of cookies was small. I rarely
shop there any more. They seem to be trying to appeal to a customer that is
no longer me. Daughter loves the place though.

Oh it is Dave!

*Bats eyes*

Tomorrow I shall buy lentils. Don't be jealous. I know how to cook them too!

Ugh, no. I don't want to *make* cookies. I don't even really like to eat
cookies very much and oddly enough, I couldn't bring myself to eat them for
many years. Loved them as a child but then they changed the filling to icky.
They seem okay now though. I only want to keep them around for when I get
low blood sugar. In that case, I need something I can tolerate but not
something I like a lot, like Twizzlers. In the case of Twizzlers, I can't
restrain myself. With these cookies, I can eat 2-4 and stop.

I don't think we have that brand here but thanks!

Yes. No egg. Most cookies seem to contain egg. And the cookies need to be
something I won't gag on, like Oreos, and don't like a lot. Otherwise I
might overeat. I love the Dare chocolate sandwich cookies and also most
Shortbread (not so much Lorna Doones because no real butter). I used
Biscoffs for a while but got sick of them. I'll likely get sick of Vienna
Fngers at some point. Another option is Nutter Butter but I've kind of gone
off of those too. Could eat them if I had to but would prefer not to.

No clue what those are. I used to make tons of cookies. Rarely make them
now. Most everyone I know has diabetes or other blood sugar issues.

I did. Says not available here. Used to be widely available. The icky Oreos
are taking over. About half of the shelf space is now those. Blech.

I looked at Walmart online. Only available from third party sellers. The
Walmart Food Center does not carry. May not be the closest but it's the
least obnoxious.
