Canneloni (using an old Frugal Gourmet recipe). Side dish was spinach
sauteed with a couple of cloves slivered garlic.

Hmmm, haven't had them in ages. Maybe soon now that you planted a seed.

We had a Sloppy Joe type of sandwich. I had one link of sausage and
some sauce left over from last week so I diced the sausage and added it
to the ground beef. Added some Provolone and cheddar cheese once
cooked. Garden salad on the side.

We had stewed garden veggies, zukes and yellow crooknecks from our
garden, with vadalia onion, garlic, celery, carrots, and red skinned
spuds... even added four strips of bacon... a miracle. Was on sale at
Tops, buy two get three free, got five pounds of bacon for seven
dollars. Four pounds will go to Lung Guyland for the grands. To be
honest it was a twelve quart potful, I didn't taste any bacon. The
rest of that pound minus four rashers is in my freezer, I don't know
what for. That bacon might go to Lung Guyland too. Starting Friday I
will be a batchler, my wife will be going to
Thialand and Laos with her son and three grands. Her son is a patent
attorny and does a lot of business in the far east. I will remain
home cat sitting and mowing.

Chicken fried rice here. I didn't have that. I had chicken and rice soup.

My intended dinner was shrimp tikka masala, but my husband wasn't feeling
well so we had chicken piccata, rice, and nuked, previously frozen green
beans.

Sound likes really cheap bacon but do carry on. :)

I'll bet it added that little bit that some smoked ham would have.

I figured he'd throw the crap out of his window, same as all the other
garbage.
