Default Pork lo mein

Â* Anybody got a good recipe that doesn't rely on cabbage for filler ? A
little bok choi maybe (I think there's still some out in the garden) .
I'm really looking for sauce/spicing recommendations , I already know
what veggies I have on hand to use . Fettuccine for the noodles , thinly
sliced pork loin marinated in soy/garlic - but I've never been able to
duplicate the flavor that our favorite oriental place has . And 175
miles is a bit far to go just for lo mein ...
