I made the zucchini boats today. Mexican style. Delicious but made too many.
I have 5 left. I plan on serving them tomorrow with something else. But...
What? The boats contain ground beef, kidney beans, brown rice, salsa and
cheese. So pretty much a complete meal there but I don't think it will be
enough to fill up two people who have been doing manual labor all day.

I'm making a macaroni and tuna salad for myself but I don't that would go
very well with those.

Maybe some kind of soup? Salad? Fruity dessert? I have apples, and canned
pears, pineapple, peaches and fruit cocktail.
