A dear neighbour made them for me years ago. I have the best of both worlds - I love a duvet so I have an undersheet electric pad - that way when I am going to turn in I switch it on and when I get into bed it's all warm and toasty under the duvet. Fortunately the 9 hours without power was during the day time so I didn't feel deprived. |
