Photo Mashed Potato Croquettes

When I was a kid, there was no better treat than fries with mayo and a croquette. But in all cases they were deepfried. |

They look very tasty, but I thought croquettes of any kind should be deep fried, so would
be crispy all around, and would be shaped like a short, very thick around, cone or oval shape. But potatoes are potatoes, and I eat them in any shape. Thanks for sharing! ;-)) N. |
