An acquaintance makes this for her ravenous teenage sons, she posted this on FB. Something solid for a cold winters' day:
"Meat of your choice (veggies too if theyll tolerate. Line bottom of pan of your choice (I used the pie dish rather than the full 9x13 as the twins werent here) with tots, sprinkle meat (this was about 1/2 lb chorizo) and shredded cheese). The pie dish took about 10 eggs beaten with salt and pepper. Pour over, allow to settle and get between all the tots, top with more cheese. Bake at 350 till set. This took about 40 min. Dont forget to spray the pan with Pam or something..." -- Best Greg |
