Default Which food produces the hardest shit ? ? ? ? ?

I usually have a hard time on the toilet, because my shit is hard as concrete.

So which food should I avoid to produce softer shit ?

Avoid food that contains glue.

Add some bricks and nails to your diet. Once they enter your digestive tract
they will help to grind up all the hard matter for easier elimination. If
that doesn't work, try some sulfuric acid for quick action, but use it
moderately and don't ingest more than a quart or so at one time. You'll
notice a difference.

A heaping helping of sauerkraut always keeps me regular, and it has zero
calories to boot. Avoid cheese, and foods which contain lots of cheese and
bread like pizza. Eat a tossed salad at least every other day, and an apple a
day is good for your digestive system.

I think cheese is the worst thing for your digestive system with regards to
your problem.

False. if a "heaping helping" is about 4 ounces,

http://www.calorieking.com/foods/foo...155 &partner=

you're getting about 5 grams of carbs, 1 of protein, and 0.2 of fat,
for a total of roughly 22 calories.

About normal for your green vegetables.
