Years ago. That's how far you had to go back. Besides, you have a
passive aggressive unpleasant side to you, so it was a diagnosis, not
name calling.

I'm not at all passive and I can be very unpleasant when I need to be, but I
do have impulse control...so EOD and a good night to you.

Or simply refuse to have others here define the standards for them. I'm
still responding to you too even though you have been called a troll many
times.

==

Yes I agree! If we all had to follow everyone who said someone should not
be responded to ... if you see what I mean ... there would be no posts at
all

All we can do, is accept that some don't get along and respond to whomever
you want to. There are some in my killfile but others respond to them quite
happily.

As I said, there would be no posts at all.

Did I once call someone a bitch? If you say so, but I don't make a
habit of offending people.

Not speaking up when someone misbehaves badly in public, is nothing to
be proud of. It's enabling and cowardly.

==

Or just tiring If someone want to control who posts to whom, they are
going to be a very frustrated and disappointed.

People who are so upset need their own moderated group. I will respond to
anyone I wish and all another can do is kf me.

Anyway, what are you cooking?

I didn't think we needed moderation for a bit of decency. But
apparently that is the case.

Bruce, you have mentioned several people. Are you saying that everyone must
follow whatever you do and say?

It won't happen. That is the problem with an open group like this. I bet
some folk don't act in RL as they do here and if you are so upset then stick
them in your kf. You must know the problems I have had with certain
posters, but you still respond to them. Should I call you out and say you
have no standards. I guess you will do whatever you wish!

Now, back to cooking or will I be shoved in your kf?

Let's put it this way: if someone said the things to you or Cheri that
this person says to Lucretia today or to me or to others all the time,
I wouldn't be chummy with them.

And of course I'm not telling you or anyone what to do. But I'll
comment on it.

But you are quite chummy with a person who, until I put her in my bin, did
everything she could to drive me off the group and had done so for decades.

Just look at yourself first. *I* know that people cannot be controlled,
either with threats of disdain or anything else.

I accept that other people have different views on others than mine, and I
just accept it. If I didn't I would no longer post here.

There are people here I would never have this conversation with. I expect
they are sneering at me as I do so)

So?

You're wasting your time - I have been blamed with regards to Julie, I
only countered once or twice, each time she openly lied about the
Canadian health care system, which of course she knows much more about
than I because she has a 'friend' in New Brunswick.

I thought O and I were friends until I read a diatribe on here that
put a quick end to that.

There's one set of rules for Cheri and O and quite another for
everybody else!! Watch your back.

That must be Janet UK. She and I have been bitching at each other for
ages, except recently we agreed about something.

Different views? "Canuck ****" is a different view?

I don't know what that means.

People who are friendly to someone who abuses innocent people here on
a daily basis, suck. Now go to your troll and enjoy.

Clearly. I misjudged them.

==

Was that Lucretia complaining about me!!! For information *I* put as stop to
speaking to HER because I was sick of HER diatribes !!!!!!!!!!

*I* put her in my killfile and if she says anything different she is a
bloody liar!!!!!

Lucretia you and I know the truth!! I don't know how you can live with
yourself. I can see that I did the right thing. You are not worth it.

Now, any more for any more????

Anybody else want to bully me??? Go ahead but you won't stop me from doing
what *I* want to do, so **** off into your moaning. Trust me, you are not
important enough for me to care about

There is nobody here here is so innocent and grand that they can boss
anyone around and force others to do they want. Others have tried it before
and it didn't get them very far either.

You need to look in the mirror, both of you.

I can't say I am surprised at Lucretia but I am surprised at you Bruce! We
always spoke to each other regardless of others causing trouble. Well,
enjoy your new friendships, they ought to be fun

I live in East Texas. Fortunately, I am far enough north that we were
not impacted by Harvey. However, we have about 750 evacuees from Harvey
in our evacuation center, and there are a number in hotels. We still
have some who arrived during Katrina who decided to take up permanent
residence. I hope Irma will not be as damaging as Harvey, but people
should be on the alert. I have often wondered how south Florida could
even evacuate because of the long, narrow configuration. Most of you
probably read reports over the years concerning how difficult (and
dangerous) evacuation from the Texas and Louisiana Gulf coast has been
over the years, and I think Florida faces even more difficult in trying
to evacuate. Houston will suffer for a very long time.

That must be Janet UK. She and I have been bitching at each other for
ages, except recently we agreed about something.

Talk to your friend, Cheri. Ophy has finally gone off the deep
end .
Sensitive her should at least not be on Usenet.
Strikes me as maybe a bit schizophrenic?
I have a family member that always thinks ppl are plotting
against her.

The Janet UK obsession thing with her seems way off balance.
Hopefully, I'm wrong but....

To say nothing of the fact that most don't respond to filthy posts from
anyone, including Sheldon, but many of the so called troll posts have good
information and recipes which I will always respond to, unlike a few of the
hateful regulars who seem intent on hassling others over everything.

Exactly! They should look at their own behaviour before criticizing others.
There doesn't seem to be too much cooking any more.

But watch them jump around with joy if they think they can join in a with a
bitching mob.

I am not interested

Only if you haven't watched old vinegar tits savage her over the years.

Are you wearing blinders?

RFC = bully culture.

Always has been, always will be.

Cooking is a mere pretense here for a great many, seriously.

That could well be true, though non of my 'diatribes' were about you,
all I knew was thinking you were a friend I was very hurt to read what
you posted about me.

I am not saying anything different, I don't use a killfile, I just
don't read a persons posts once they transgress. Yelling about
killfiling people is so oooolllddd.

I would love you to tell me exactly why, I never knew until I looked
here and saw nasty posts about me from you.

I feel you are carrying on because you do really know what I said was
true. The first time I tried to go past it because I thought your
back was troubling you, the second time, unforgivable.
