Steve, I don't know what your issue is, nor do I care. The only odd
thing is, you felt you needed to hunt for a facebook page related to
me. That is quite odd, even for here.

Your name has been related to stalking before. The only thing you have
done in this thread, is validate it may be real.

Shane Ludwig was only moderator of Yahoo group 'Recipes' who could
correct the accounts of me and my cohort he turned them over to, so we
could raise another to moderator level. He fixed it for us in time.

Tell him Hi and thanks from me and Simon!

No, you never did, just in case some are rattling the chains on that.

Steve may be tripping over security settings. Best I can guess there.

Perhaps Steve, but the fact that you felt a need to 'check me out' at
all at any location for a Facebook address and post a url is not normal
behavior.

If it makes you feel better to call me by a dimunitive name of 'broad'
to cover it, then  been called far worse.

I get along with you generally but this one time, you've made a wrong
call and to save face, should just cease to post.

The link works for me. I get a CS Facebook page that starts with a
picture of a beagle. FWIW.

THat was not well done. Now you have Maxine and Shane on alert that
soemthing was wrong. I said i used the account to find him a year ago.
Hint (maybe blugeon needed?) a YEAR AGO.

Do NOT look up another's account and send alerts that are a year old
for them ok? You now definatley look like a stalker even if you did
not intend it.

You missed 'Shane fixed it'? We made contact OBVIOUSLY.

What the hell was in your head?

Don't worry, I sent him a note already that you were an idiot and all
is well.

Yes. It's a basic set. I'll now have to use to make sure Shane isnt
freaked out by SW contacting him. THat was NOT well done by Steve at
all.

Neither Ofhelia or Lucretia would take a name mentioned for why a
facebook account was used, miss it was a year ago then send them a
message on facebook for me by proxy, and cause an alert to that person.
That was 100% you.

You owe an apology to Shane, Maxine and me for your behavior.

Some of that makes no sense but I can't see what he did wrong. Sheesh.

I saw her name listed among the members also. I was surprised because
I didn't think she had gone to the Facebook group. So I "checked her
out" too. I clicked on the name to see if it was the same person and
it was. Nothing nefarious or stalking. Actually, I looked 'checked
out' a couple of names on the membership list.

I am starting to wonder what her problem was but you're the psych major.
You'll have to diagnose her.

I'm thinking grilled brats with peppers, onions and mushrooms on
bollio rolls with sides of some leftover potato salad and baked beans.
I have a pork butt thawing for smoking later in the week. I'll make
pulled pork and cole slaw.
We're having a 'cold spell' -- temps in the high 80s and low 90s with
nighttime temps in low 60s. Those temps make for pleasant living and
cooking outdoors.

It'll be cooler here too this week but the smoke from the BC wild fires
means that it's best to stay indoors with the windows and doors shut.
Furthermore, I can't go out for cycle rides, just as I was planning on a
75k trip.

My son lives and works in the Okanagan where rental property was already
at a premium. Now it will be impossible. Last winter, the *main floor*
of a 1000sq ft bungalow was $1800/month!!!!

I'm sorry to hear about the smoke drift. We have been fortunate so
far this year and last year in that we haven't had the scent of smoke
or the overcast from smoke. I hope you get a weather shift soon that
allows the smoke to move out.

I hope not. The problem with breaking the drought is that all the
rain encouraged wild grass growth that naturally dies off around the
middle/end of June. All that dead grass is great fuel for moving
forest and range fires right along. We have had some fires here but
most have been attacked and put out within a day or two. This was the
quietest July 4th ever. There are signs everywhere telling people
that fireworks are not allowed beyond certain points because of the
danger of range fire. Last year a young clueless person set off
fireworks at a high point above the city. The grass caught fire, the
winds caught the fire, a house was lost, Lots of other stuff. They
caught the guy and held off sentencing him until a couple of weeks
just before the 4th. In addition to community service he is going to
have to pay off the cost of fighting the fire, $339,000. Basically
his life is ruined because of stupidity. I have no problem with
lightening caused fires but the careless caused fires really make me
angry.

Steve probably didnt 'mean wrong' but had he tried this on Lucreta or
just about any other member, the outcry would have been very loud.

Steve made a bad call to backtrack *any member* here.

I got Maxine in RI calmed down now.

There is no 'THanks Steve' on this one. You didnt help me at all as it
was a long fixed issue. All you did was freak out some others. I
assume I will never get the apology.

Steve, lets drill this though your thick head.

You took it on yourself to look me up, then contact people without
asking me over an old issue, using a site I am not using and *knew* I
am not reading. If that isn't being a stalker asshole, then you must
have a very odd definition that eliminates that behavior only if
committed by YOU.

I will never get an apology from you, because you are not able to see
that your actions were wrong from the start.

Apology accepted. I don't think you meant harm. It's just not you to
do that. It's over now.
