Dinner tonight was New Mexican style green chile (and tomatillo) stew
with a fire roasted corn and zucchini salad. Delicious!

Picture is over in alt.binaries.food, if you're interested.

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.

Recently I tried a green chile stew for the first time - it had pork
and potatoes and was really thick. Also made me sweat a bit. Very tasty.

WTF does chiles have to do with it!?

I can eat hot chiles with most of 'em, but I break out in a cold sweat
jes walking down the mustard/hot sauce isle. Why? I blame it on
vinegar. Jes typing the word makes my bald head pop some beads.
