Just wanted to tell you that I made the Asian chicken on Wednesday and it
was very good. I don't do rice, so I had zucchini with it. I took a pic of
it but can't find the cord that goes in my camera to transfer it to the
computer, but when I find it, I'll post it. It was very easy, *after* the
caramel sauce was made. Very, very tasty. Thanks.

Cheri, have you ever done cauliflower rice? It's quite good, you can take the basic methodology and use it for fried rice, coconut rice, etc.

Yes, I make it quite often. I actually prefer it, though I do like rice.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know you tried it. I'm
very happy you liked it.

Transfer via bluetooth, Cheri!

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.

I have no idea about Bluetooth at any rate, but my son has an extra cord if
I don't find mine.

You don't need to bother with that wire, pop the picture card out of
your camera and plug it into your PC's USB port... depending on your
camera you may need to have a small adapter but it's a lot less hassle
than using that wire.

My cord will turn up, or son will bring one when he comes next weekend, It's
really not that important to post the pic at any rate, but thanks for the
suggestion, looks about like kokos did, maybe a little darker, no rice, but
still tasty.
