Just wanted to tell you that I made the Asian chicken on Wednesday and it
was very good. I don't do rice, so I had zucchini with it. I took a pic of it but can't find the cord that goes in my camera to transfer it to the computer, but when I find it, I'll post it. It was very easy, *after* the caramel sauce was made. Very, very tasty. Thanks. -- Cheri |

It's quite good, you can take the basic methodology and use it for fried rice, coconut rice, etc. http://minimalistbaker.com/how-to-ma...liflower-rice/ |

My cord will turn up, or son will bring one when he comes next weekend, It's really not that important to post the pic at any rate, but thanks for the suggestion, looks about like kokos did, maybe a little darker, no rice, but still tasty.
