I was looking at Ina Gartens recipe for granola bars (which are more like nut bars) and I realized that most granola bars are basically oats, trail mix, and syrup. A granola bar is kind of like a trail mix "loaf".
I wonder what else I could make with oats. Maybe I'll look at an oats cookbook, or maybe Bisquick.

I add them to my meatloaf. Cookies are the obvious choice. Can make breads
and biscuits. Can make crumb topping.
