Where can I get "nero di seppia"?

Hi all.
I'd like to make either spaghetti or risotto al nero di seppia. Does
anyone know where I can find it? I live in the New York City area and
would love to find fresh cuttlefish with their ink sacks but if I
can't are there any other sources? I've found packs of "tinta de
calamar" on Spanish food websites. Would this be a good substitute?

Thanks.

(my above email address will be active for 1 week or you can answer me here. thanks.)

Yes, they'll do just fine.

Citarella sells fresh cuttlefish - whether or not ink sacks are included
I'm not sure since I've never bought them, but you can call them and find
out. There's a location near me at 75th and 3rd, one on the west side, and
a few others in and around town. The number that I think is for all the
NYC stores is 212-874-0383.
