Default 2 free small bottles of pie spice

with additional $5 purchase. I got the coupon in my email. Being on
Penzey's email list is good. I use their pie spice in the French toast
I make for my son.

You think it's "free" but it's not. Just perks for spending money at Penzey's. They have you hooked!! And I'll bet it's primarily just nutmeg, maybe a little cinnamon too. Why not just use the spices rather than some packaged processed crap Penzey's stuck their name on?

I saw the same ad. I'm fully up on spices though right now. We do a
group order from Virginia Beach Cafe (Yahoo group) every 3-4 months.
That way we always hit free shipping and we can order the larger bags,
splitting to make it cheaper.

Pensey's prices when used that way generally beat the local stores.
Gary may want to jump along one time if he needs some fancy spices as
he's local to us.

I got some of their pre-ground pepper blend (for when I need 1TB or
more and that's a pain to grind). I found it way better than any other
pre-ground. Like all, it will start to pale in flavor after 6 months
or so but I seem to be keeping up with it so far at 1/2 the larger jar
2 months ago now gone.

The other one that really suits is the Rogan Josh curry blend.
Excellent with lamb and a brown sauce.
