First dipping of the Pecan Nut Balls, a copy from a Bissinger's catalog
and I think I nailed their recipe! Two pecan halves stuck together with a big chunk of almond paste and I'm dipping them in their hazelnut flavored "glase" as Bissinger said. I call it flavored fondant:
