Default Fish stew, North African style

2 onions, sliced
1 green capsicum, sliced
minced ginger, garlic
dried chilli flakes

Fry, and when onion and capsicum is cooked, add

2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
6 okra, sliced

and fry. Add water and

1 can diced tomato
1-2 boneless white fish fillets, cut into pieces

and simmer until cooked.

Today's breakfast was this, with couscous.
