PIne nuts: What would you substitute?
I'm sick of buying pine nuts, either in jars or cellophane, and finding almost half of them rancid. What would you sub?
Last thing I tried to make with 'em was a sauce with lemon juice, zest, parsley, to be tossed with cauliflower. Maybe walnuts next time or....? thanks. |
