Filleting fish - best edge

It's old line, time tested, and not close to high tech, but:

http://www.amazon.com/Rapala-Fillet-...sh+filet+knife

Incredible extra thin blade allows the greatest flexibility and control
ever.
PTFE non-stick coating lets fillets effortlessly fall away.
Razor-sharp handground stainless steel blade features through tang
construction.
Polished brass ferrule.
Tooled leather sheath.
11 new from $16.99

Shoot, mine don't have the non-stick, oh well...it's OLD.

I do wonder how these would do:

http://www.amazon.com/Rapala-Lithium...sh+filet+knife

List Price: $89.99
Price: $60.12

Nothing you could afford to drop overboard for sure.

An electric fillet knife would just mangle the poor fish.

Well, the reviews suggest otherwise, but I tend to prefer my own touch,
not some machine's.

Then why does she have her nightstand filled with vibrators?
One talented tongue is worth more than all the vibrators in China.

Not according to my Ex, Sheldon. And I have a VERY talented tongue!
But she told me that her vibrator had an amazingly effective way of
getting her straight to an orgasm. That was all though, and she liked
the nuances of other ways of getting to orgasm better than JUST having
an orgasm, as her vibrator gave her. Of course she had probably the
world's best vibrator too! I wired her vibrator to a train
transformer, because the damn batteries kept wearing out on her, an I
was having none of that!! Not for MY wife! So I fixed it for her!
