Another Sunday Breakfast

"Sous vide" eggs on English muffins, this time with a different twist:
I lined the plastic wrap with fresh baby spinach leaves. Some of the
white "leaked" under the leaves, so the effect wasn't quite as dramatic
as I'd hoped, but it was still fun to do.

Homemade corned beef hash, browned to a crusty perfection IIDSSM.

From this morning. Those are generic winter place mats. Spring
doesn't begin until next Friday - and I'll believe it when I see
it after all the snow this past month!

Dutch babies and Irish bangers. The label on the sausage proudly says
"7.5% bread crumbs" which you won't see very often for sausages as a
sales point. The sausage is subtly flavored with mace and ginger. It's a
limited time item as Hawaii is in the midst of a massive St. Paddy day's
celebration. That's a big smiley right there!

I've been making these things for over 30 years and they've always been the same. I make the thing and then sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar and squeeze a lemon over it. Totally ridiculously simple and totally uncreative on my part. 😨
