Another Sunday Breakfast
"Sous vide" eggs on English muffins, this time with a different twist:
I lined the plastic wrap with fresh baby spinach leaves. Some of the white "leaked" under the leaves, so the effect wasn't quite as dramatic as I'd hoped, but it was still fun to do. Homemade corned beef hash, browned to a crusty perfection IIDSSM. <http://s1196.photobucket.com/user/Silvar_Beitel/media/RFC/IMG_0012_1_zpswzda7afi.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0> -- Silvar Beitel |

From this morning. Those are generic winter place mats. Spring doesn't begin until next Friday - and I'll believe it when I see it after all the snow this past month! |

I make the thing and then sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar and squeeze a lemon over it. Totally ridiculously simple and totally uncreative on my part. 😨 |
