Is it any good? It /looks/ good in the email they sent me. (I don't
have any ATK cookbooks, but I've used a few of their recipes before.)

I haven't seen that book but I have used some recipes from Cook's
Magazine that were good. My favorite vegetarian cookbook writer is
Deborah Madison. My favorite is "Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone." I
need to pull it out again and find some more dishes.

Check your local library for cookbooks you can look through and see
if you like them. Or a bookstore.

I am not vegetarian but I frequently like to have veggie meals.

This is just blatantly untrue. I feel sorry for vegetarians and vegans who
have a victim / persecution complex. They are to be pitied.

Thanks. I'm not looking for a vegetarian cookbook per se, but just a
good cookbook in an areaI don't know much about. (and this one came
looking for me)

I eat meat (a lot of meat at a time) a couple of times per week. I
could use for ideas for when I'm doing rice-n-beans (etc)

I'll see if the library has a copy. If I like it, I'll buy one for myself.
