Dinner tonight 14/12/21
 

It smells wonderful. I am sitting here by the computer while Megatron is
cooking a rack of lamb. The rack is resting while she does the last
minute thing with the side dishes. I have not had rack of lamb in a
while, and she has never cooked one before. She usually gets it and
leaves it for me to cook. It smells great. She is a little worried about
it being cooked enough, but she is a little more squeamish than I am
about meat. If is is underdone she can have the outside cuts and I will
eat the raw bits.
