Chris, I got yer recipe for fruitcake almost ready to go. Only issue now, can I use loaf pans? If so, which size?xc I found this page:

Here are the sizes and baking times that I use.
Bake in 300°F oven.
10" tube ban -- 3 hours
4 9" X 5" bread pans-- 2 hours
