Default Twice fried potato chips

I used the Cuisinart to slice the chips, then fried then in my electric fryer
until they just barely started to brown. I did a several batches, then let
them cool and fried them again, and the second time got them crispy.

I'm serving them with dip (cream cheese, heavy cream, onion juice and salt).

Delicious. Oh, I left out that I rinsed the chips before frying. Now that
the frying is over, I can drink beer.
