Breakfast: kumquat chicken
Chicken breast, sliced thinly
Green onion/scallions, sliced 8 kumquats, sliced thinly lengthwise, seeds removes buk choy, sliced ginger, finely chopped chillis, slices 1 tsp belachan/prawn paste kecap manis/sweet soy sauce Malaysian 5 spice powder Lots of coriander/cilantro, chopped Fry belachan, ginger, chilli, add chicken, kumquat, white parts of green onion, and buk choy stems, and fry. Add buk choy and onion greens, fry. Add kecap manis, 5 spice, coriander. Serve with chicken. |
