Default Made a great salad

I had picked up 4 ears of fresh corn and decided to nuke them.. I took
two ears, scraped the kernals into a bowl opened and rinsed a can of
black beans then left them to soak a bit more in ice water to firm them up.

I added some chopped red and green bell pepper and a bit of chopped
jalapeno, some chopped sweet onion and chopped fresh tomato.

Dressing was some snipped cilantro and 3 key limes, freshly squeezed
with a bit of salt.

It is such a bright and flavorful summer dish.

The chicken looks wonderful so I'll have some salad with the chicken
