Default Berries and more berries!

We went to a berry farm last week and I now have many pounds of olallieberries and raspberries in my freezer. What a kick! It was way too easy to overdo it and that is what we did.

I freeze fruit throughout the Summer and we eat them on ice cream or yogurt or in smoothies throughout the Winter.

This time, though, I have way more than I will use. What to do?

I can make pie (and I do put vodka, has to be iced ) in the crust and probably will do that, but I could use some different thoughts from y'all.

I have no clue what the first ones are but I used to get tons of
raspberries. I would make my biscuit dough which was just regular biscuit
dough but I added a little butter and instant potato flakes to give it a
better texture. Roll out thin, cut in circles. Place on greased baking
sheet and top with raspberries and a little sugar. Don't put in too many or
too close to the edge. Top with another circle. Use a fork to seal the
edges. If you're really feeling lazy, you can just do a larger circle, fill
half and fold over. Sprinkle with sugar if you want and bake till golden
brown. Drizzle with glaze.

Sounds good. I've never used potato flakes in biscuit dough, but will try it, thanks!

Don't put too many. I never really measured. Just a quick shake. Lightens
up the dough.

All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.
