Req: Spudnuts-potato flour donuts

I own a Spudnuts shoppe in Okoboji Iowa. My family has made Spudnuts since 1966 at the Clay County Fair and since 2012 in current location . Please like us at "Wyman's Spudnutz at Okoboji". We cook them exactly as we did in 1966 and I have been told they taste as good as they ever did.
There is no secret to the Spudnutz , except the time and work involved, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to go from scratch to donut.
