Yes, because we all love pressed turkey! No mention of the "wrap". I
suspect a spinach tortilla. ;)

For the prices they charge you would think they could use "real" turkey.
Pressed turkey is turkey garbage stuck together with non-turkey stuff.

Exactly why I posted this, Janet. :) Pressed turkey is crap. May as
well add some pressed ham, cheese, jam and serve it between two waffles. ;)

Pressed turkey makes me think of the frozen entrees my mom bought in the
1970's. The brand was Freezer Queen. (Her fondness for quick fix when
I was a teen is why I nicknamed my mom the "freezer queen". She
*really* didn't like to cook. She took as many shortcuts as she could.)

This turkey and gravy entree was thinly sliced pressed turkey slices
drowned in questionable, goopy gravy. Back then the sliced turkey was
in perfect rounds. It looked like cheap heated up lunch meat to me.

The description of this Dataw lunch special using pressed turkey
certainly doesn't evoke any fond memories. :)

Thanks for clarifying the crap food. We ate what she fed us at dinner
time. Boxed mashed potato flakes were also big on the hit parade. :)

Really? If it's a panini anything, why is it also a wrap?

You give them far more credit than I do. Doesn't matter. I still can't
get over the taste of over salted soft shell crab.
