Woohoo!!! Scored big time at the local grocery store There were ten
8-oz containers of jumbo lump (blue) crab in the seafood section for
$4.99/each - that's $9.98/lb for jumbo lump crab meat!! I called my
folks to give them a heads-up, and they asked me to get the remaining 4
containers for them, which I did and delivered those to their house
close-by. I bought six containers for myself ;>

Over the next few days, I'll make some 'west indies salad', crab au
gratin (freeze some), and some she-crab soup !!! I'll have to keep my
eyes open for more !

I found lemons 3 for buck and a half. NOt such a great deal, but better than buck a piece which I've seen for the large size.

Found on the reduced rack: a package of 4 Ataulfo mangos for $0.99.
These were lovely and ripe, with a few little wrinkles on the skin.
Delicious! The under-ripe ones on the regular shelf were $1.49 each.
