Mandarin Dreamsicle

After juicing 14 Mandarins for my wife and son, I took all of the
leftover pulpy stuff from the basket and the insides of the peels,
and mixed in sucralose based sweetener and heavy cream. This is
the second time I've done this. Dreamsicle.

Now, it's time to fry up chicken wings.

It tasted good, and while the texture might not appeal to many (most?), it is
excellent fiber. Any time I juice citrus for my wife, I eat the leftovers.
