The last time I looked up India Relish, which was only a week or so
ago... I decided I would probably not like it. I've only recently
come to like certain forms of cooked cabbage and sauerkraut has never
rung any bells for me.

It seems to be a sort-of sweet relish, with cucumbers, cabbage, and a
few other vegetables. Like pickle relish, but not as sweet.
